Are there any hidden costs?
When you use Tri-State Title, there are no hidden costs. You will pay our settlement agency fee, the title insurance premium, and the standard filing fees for the final documents (deed, mortgage, Notice of Settlement, etc.) at the time of closing. This is not always the case with other agencies. Please note that all title insurance fees are standard and regulated by each state and rates are charged as regulated.
