The Property Report provides a report noting the borrower's current deed of record and may mortgage liens, judgment liens or tax liens filed subsequent to the date the borrower's current deed was recorded in the public land records. This is a last owner's search and most often described to the customer as "a Snapshot in Time."

Flood Reports
A Basic SFHA Determination - Identifies properties located in a special flood hazard area and provides a Flood zone Certificate.
"Life of Loan" Service provides a Special Flood Hazard Area determination for each loan and the SFHA status is tracked for as long as the lender owns or services the loan. any time the SFHA status of a loan changes, the lender is informed, and a new Flood Zone Certificate will be issued.
